I believe everyone has the capacity to better understand themselves and move toward healing and well-being. I specialize in trauma (recent and developmental), grief and loss, and relationship conflict (individual and family). My work draws from several modalities, including EMDR, drama and expressive arts, and ego state therapy. I am a cisgender woman of mixed race, raised partly outside the U.S., and in a bicultural partnership.
